Overview

This project focuses on extracting, processing, and transforming genomic data from the Phase 3 of the Genome Project of healthy individuals from the Iberian Peninsula. Using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, the project was executed on a Virtual Machine (VM) running Ubuntu, with data processing and transformation handled through Python.
