Budget Execution Performance Analysis

Overview

Conducted a Budget Execution Analysis to assess financial performance against planned allocations. Performed data cleaning, validation, and consolidation, followed by variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenditures. Developed analytical reports and dashboards to support decision-making and improve financial control and transparency. Open-source project by Claiby Mesael Merilien Louis, published on GitHub.
