Overview

The ICPARD Certificates project is a web-based application that allows users to easily search, verify, and download official certificates issued by ICPARD. It is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, while PHP handles the server-side logic and MySQL manages the certificate database. Communication between the interface and backend.
