Reproducible R data pipeline analyzing hypertension risks in Dominican public transport drivers, using {targets} for workflow management, hierarchical clustering, statistical tests (t-tests/ANOVA), Quarto for interactive reporting, Nix/Docker for env reproducibility, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and pins::board_url() to simulate cloud storage.
