Vicente is the clearest standout in this group. A data-science student at the University of Havana, he logged 131 commits in the past year and — crucially — has verified external open-source contributions across three repositories, including 112 commits to an accounting project and a dozen more to an electronics store. His own work centers on Jupyter-based data analyses (causes of death in Cuba, internal migration in Havana). Stars and deployments are still absent and polish is early, but the combination of high recent activity and genuine multi-repo collaboration is rare here. A promising, working data/ML junior with real momentum.
