Peter Rodes Robinson

A self-described retired software developer in the Dominican Republic with a clear mission: building a master directory for Universal Basic Income. The two public repos, however, are early — one is a 'hello-world' following the GitHub guide — with no languages surfaced, no stars, two followers, and no commits in the past year (the single merged PR is on his own repo). The vision and prior-career framing are genuine, but the current public artifacts don't yet demonstrate the project; this reads as an idea at the earliest implementation stage.
