Ruben is one of the few here actually committing recently (two commits in the past year) and the most consistent profile in the batch, with a clean abandoned ratio and a clear C#/backend focus. He's a CS student at PUPR openly seeking internships on a young two-year account. The flip side is genuinely thin output: one original repo, no listed projects, no stars, and no external contributions yet. The value is the recency, consistency, and clarity of direction; the body of work is still forming. A promising early-career internship candidate.
