Patrice Borda

Patrice's single repo, "Price Project," is a TeX-based study on prices, and the affiliation with Université des Antilles and the CREDDI research center frames this as an academic/economics researcher rather than a software builder. The technical signal is correspondingly narrow: TeX is the only language, with no commits in the last year, no stars, and no deployed software. This is not a conventional developer profile so much as a researcher using GitHub to host written work. There is little here to assess as engineering capability.
