Michel's two repositories sketch out big ambitions, a 'software libre' cloud system and a drone neural-network for environmental monitoring, but they read as concept stubs: no stars, nothing deployed, and no commits in the past year on a long-idle account. There's no verified external open-source work and little code to assess the IoT/hardware interest the profile gestures toward. The vision is interesting; the execution is still ahead of him. This is a very early profile that needs a working, finished project to back the ideas.
