Moises is the clearest standout in this batch. His own repos center on security and reconnaissance tooling — pwnedFinder (Python and a Go rewrite) for leaked-credential discovery and a network-perimeter scanner — and crucially he has verified external open-source work, including eleven commits to Canonical's test_observer plus a contribution to canonical/jubilant. That external, multi-commit footprint on real upstream projects sets him apart from the star-less solo profiles around him. The 'Staff' label is generous and his personal repos are largely inactive, but the Go/Python backend skills and genuine OSS engagement are real. Worth a closer conversation.
