Lex's public footprint is a single HTML repository, but it's deployed and backed by a personal domain (lextariq.com), with a steady trickle of activity (twelve commits last year) on a roughly two-and-a-half-year account. There are no stars, only one follower, and no external open-source work, so the signal is minimal. The encouraging part is that they've shipped something live rather than leaving everything in draft. This is an honest very-early frontend profile: a clear focus and a deployed artifact, but not yet enough breadth to judge engineering range.
