Julio Burgos

Julio describes himself as a Linux and PS engineering enthusiast, and his two public repos fit that: a PHP snippet for sending MySQL queries and a Python script for posting to Twitter. Both are small single-purpose utilities, both abandoned, with zero commits in the past year and no external contributions. The PHP/Python backend lean is the clearest signal. There's a practical, scripting-oriented instinct visible, but the public body of work is minimal and currently dormant.
